Tia has served in the mental health profession since 2008 with over 15 of those years serving individuals and families in a private practice setting. Tia holds a State License as a Clinical Social Worker by the Georgia Composite Board, a Certification as a Hypnotherapist by the National Guild of Hypnotists and is a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance.
Tia specializes in supporting adults as they navigate major life challenges and transitions. Through considerable clinical training, Tia infuses both clinical skills and real working life skills to guide clients through these challenging times.
Tia believes in the connection of mind and body and the importance they both play in everyday life.

Life Coaching
Life Coaching does not involve processing of emotions or past trauma.
Life Coaching involves goal setting, accountability, addressing limiting or negative beliefs/barriers and real life course correction to achieve goals.
Life Coaching has helped Tia's clients move from contemplation to the action phases of their lives. Tia has witnessed life coaching clients leave large corporate 500 companies and move to become successful entrepreneurs.
Life Coaching has helped her clients develop more meaningful relationships, break poor relationship patterns, begin start-up businesses, further their education and the list goes on.
Mental Health Therapy
Mental Health Therapy involves the exploration and processing of emotions and behavior related to current and past events as well.
Through exploration and processing it can help individuals to understand current life impact thus opening the pathway to healing.
Yoga & Stretch Sessions
Yoga and Stretch sessions involve a combination of gentle poses to help connect mind and body.
These poses help stretch tight muscles, help to develop strength and balance all while moving very intentional and slow.
Slow movements in Yoga can calm your nervous system and help you to feel more grounded and regulated.
